Probably school shopping. Somehow I have a kindergartner. Not sure how that happened.

I was in Victoria a couple weeks ago. It’s such a beautiful city. Make sure you spend some time out on the water while you’re there.

We just got back from Canada ! We stayed in Perth, ON, haven’t done my post on it yet. It’s so beautiful up there. Haven’t seen a non-eye pleasing area yet. I am extremely active, and my husband has a zero activity level. So I love seeing you two doing fitness related activities today. So awesome. Enjoy your stay in Canada.

It looks like y’all are having so much fun! Surprising my girls for a fancy night out. We are meeting our friends and their daughters for a mother/daughter night out to see a local production of Annie and go out for dessert and coffee.

Heading home from Quebec City.

I am relatively close to Canada and I can’t believe I have never been there. Living in MN maybe we think the things that are so close aren’t worth going to but I am definitely going to make it a priority now….

My home town! Enjoy. There are so many beautiful trails, hikes and beaches. Hope you guys have a wonderful vacation!

Welcome to Canada!!! I love Victoria; hubs and I were just there in March for his birthday! We stayed in the James Bay Area of town (near the legislature) and walked around a ton. So fun! We live on the mainland, about 45min from Vancouver, so the weather will be similar here today as well – gorgeous!!! We are heading into downtown to enjoy some ocean breezes (it’s a lot hotter in our valley suburb). Have a great time!!

We love Victoria!! My fiance and I took a trip there last summer and can’t wait to go back! Make sure you run along the waterfront- so beautiful!! Have to ask though, where did you get the super cute arrow tee shirt in the first pic??

Swim, bike, run, sounds like a mini Tri to me ;) I grew up in Northern Minnesota and spent 1/2 of my life in Canada. It is just beautiful. My husband and I got mountain bikes and went to an off road park. I am a good biker and it was really tough. There were a lot of tree roots and one had to watch the ground the entire time to jump the roots otherwise they could take you down. Needless to say, we got completely lost looking down the entire time. We found another couple completely lost too. The four of us finally took a sugar sand service road out of there. We were lost for 2 hours ??? We have not been back even though some friends of ours got a map of the place.

I am spending the day on the couch with my foot up. I had ankle surgery on Wednesday and am spending my recovery watching the Olympics guilt-free!

I love Canada and I’ve never been to the western part. Enjoy!

I ran (well, ran/walked) outside today. It was crazy hot and humid but I did it. And my foot felt fine. Not sure what else we’ll do today but Italian ice sounds pretty good right now.

You have some serious man candy. You two make a beautiful couple. Oh Happy Days :-)

Went for a beach run this morning. Was going to donate blood after, but it turns out that the veins become all shrinky when you run on an empty stomach. Oh well. Beautiful day!

Wow! Gorgeous scenery, favorite people, great motivation! Got my boot camp on, now ready to go see kids and grands! The best!

Just wanted to go for a run but my bed is so comfy today lol!

Only been to Victoria once but I thought it was beautiful, I have been to Vancouver numerous times and love it, running around Stanley park is the best.

Pick up some Kinder eggs for your kiddos….they are chocolate eggs with little toy surprises inside. My girls love them. You can probably find them in London Drugs or maybe even the grocery store.

Enjoy the rest of your trip.

Is this a free trip? It’s unusual to have a guide but I bet this is an advertisement

It looks like you guys are having an amazing time! My husband went to Banff earlier this summer and loved it! My Saturday has consisted of the gym, farmers market, shopping, and now hanging out with my kiddos. :)

I’m now convinced that Landon and I need to take a trip to Canada! Looks like you guys are having a ton of fun!

My Saturday? A chiropractor appointment, my last baby shower, and gearing up for an early morning Sunday run. :)

If you get the chance.. Cold Comfort is a handmade small batch icecream shop in Victoria and its AMAZING! It’s tucked away in Fernwood, but so worth the visit. On Fridays they partner with a local shop that makes donuts and they sell donut icecream sandwiches… You would not regret it:)
I go there as often as I can whenever I visit Victoria.

Victoria is such a beautiful place! Hope you have a great time! I’ll be going to Canada soon too, but I’ll be on the opposite side in Toronto!

Can you indicate when a trip is paid for? Saw the #ad hashtag on IG but no disclaimer here? Thanks for considering the suggestion

What gorgeous pics!

Saturdays mean long runs + rest and recover. Hubby usually likes to sleep in, have a big brunch, snuggle and watch movies/catch up on tv shows, and then take naps. It’s friggin’ heaven after a long week and a long run!

Running concierge? What? Is that only at Westin hotels?

Can I get one in my daily life?

What a fun day! It’s like a second honeymoon!

Sounds like you two had a fantastic weekend in Victoria! I’m Canadian so I’m pro all things British Columbia :) :)

I went mountain biking with my husband once when we lived in Utah and that will be the last time ever. :) lol
