Do you get eyelash extensions or do you just wear fake eyelashes? So many of my friends here in Chicago are doing the extension thing and I’m thisclose to hopping on board!

Reply

how long have you done lash extensions for? i’ve been doing them since september and i LOVE them but i’m starting to get a little worried about my natural lashes…

Reply

I’ve been doing them for 2.5 years straight now… I have no idea what my natural lashes are like now and I worry too but I am hooked.

Reply

I did them for a little over a year and your eyelashes will definitely be shorter when you take off the extensions but they will grow back out. Takes a couple of months but then they will be back to normal :)

Cookies!? I got this:

2 1/4 cup of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 package of instant pudding (vanilla usually but up to you!)
2 eggs
1 cup of butter
1/4 white sugar
3/4 light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips (your choice here too but I like milk chocolate)

Cream the eggs and butter then add the sugar and vanilla and pudding mix until mixed. Add flour and baking soda. Add chips. Drop by teaspoons full on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 (325 if using a dark pan) oven for 8 – 10 minutes. Let set up for a few minutes before you eat them. Try to eat only 1.

I looked closely and my first choice was also coconut oil. But the (2) added flour and (7) all brown sugar look good too. I wonder if I used all brown sugar, coconut oil and added flour if it would be out of this world??

Reply

I ALWAYS make my cookies with coconut oil because it gives them another added element of yum. my boyfriend swears by them and says they’re the best cookies he’s ever had and I can only 100% agree.

also, your workout playlist has about 90% of the same songs mine does on it right now. no shame, these are all jams.

I tried baking chocolate chip cookies with coconut oil and didn’t like it at all! They come out flatter and less bread-y, and they have a taste of coconut. Which, I suppose, could be a good thing, depending on what you want. If I was going for coconut tasting cookies, I’d throw in some nuts and shredded coconut too. Otherwise, I’d like my chocolate chip cookies to be classic.
