I put Brookie to bed at my mom’s house and then the dude and I left for Vegas!!! There is a huge bowl game going on (I went to BYU and they are playing) and he has some other awesome things planned for his ‘experience’ present. I’ll get back early Sunday so it is a short trip but filled with a lot of awesomeness and Brooke gets to play with her cousins so she is in heaven!
I’m real ready for some 50 degree weather, talking for hours while on the road, delicious food and a roller coaster.
I hope you are having the best weekend already and we will chat tomorrow morning again!

She wrote on Instagram that she was taking a break for awhile and didn’t know when she’d be back. But she wrote it only recently when people kept asking/concerned for her….I thought it was strange that she just didn’t say upfront that she was taking a break – would have stopped a lot of questions, assumptions and concerns!

The nice thing about Vegas is you don’t have to eat at same place twice cause the food is all so good! We just went last month for rock n roll half. Was so fun eating and Cesar’s is decorated all festive. Have fun!
