The day started off nice and early with a run around the perimeter of the Disney parks again.
I don’t know why I decided to lean against a palm tree for the picture but let’s just go with it.
My goal was to avoid as many stoplights as possible so the majority of the run was up and down this gorgeous palm tree lined street. It was about .6 miles long so I didn’t mind going back and forth for a bit.
Finished right at my current happy/easy pace. I am ready to push it again next week. I’ve got a lot of work to get done in the next few weeks.
We went straight for breakfast after the run. My veggie omelet was everything I could have hoped for. That things was packed with veggies, avocado and cheese. We will be back to Rose Cafe Bakery.
They had some beautiful looking donuts so of course we needed to get some for the road on our way to our next adventure.
I have wanted to go jet skiing in the ocean for a very long time and I think I may have told the guy this about 300 times. I was just a little ecstatic to finally go. It was a blast. Talk about a workout—> my arms are going to be a extremely sore. It takes a lot of work to not fly off of that thing while going over all of the waves FAST. I am hooked.
Our night adventure took us for sandwiches and a long walk around Balboa island.
Because when you are at the home of the original frozen banana you have to share one…
Sprinkles to remember Brookie:) PS SHE WILL BE THREE IN SIX DAYS!?!?!
Headed back to Utah today!
What are some things that are on your bucket list?!?

Jet skiing would be so fun! I’ve always wanted to learn to water ski. My parents used to when they were dating but haven’t in ages so never taught us kids! I’m also the least coordinated person ever so I’m pretty sure I’d be terrible at it, but I still want to try! It looks like you had a great trip! Enjoy your trip home!
Jenny
I’m pretty sure having a weekend like that with just me and my husband would be at the top of my bucket list. It looks like you have had such a great vacation.

I have friends who jet ski and love it! I am a little bit chicken. My bucket list involves the top of a rock wall. Enjoy the rest of your adventure!

Those pics of you in CA are making me wish I was there right now. I was supposed to be there on vacation last month, but I was in a car accident two days before I was supposed to go. Can’t wait to hear about the rest of your trip! Two things on my bucket list are to zipline and go to Greece.

Your trip looks perfect! Wish I could be there right now! I used to want to jet ski but I might have lost my courage for it at this point. So many bucket list items, mostly travel related since I haven’t done much of it. One day though.

Jet skiing is so much fun! I’ve only done it in the swampy Bayou of New Orleans, soooo falling off? NOT an option, haha! The ocean would be so beautiful.

Kristen @ Glitter and Dust
It looks like you had one amazing weekend with your special guy! ☺ Was it a completely different experience doing Disney Land without Brooke?
On the top of my bucket list = complete an Ironman (next year), run Boston (next year), and go to a Super Bowl.
Erin @ Her Heartland Soul

How fun! I’m not a huge fan of water, so jetskiing is absolutely not on my bucket list, but a bunch of things are… Run the “rim to rim to rim” at the Grand Canyon, visit Greece and Hawaii, write a book, and a bunch of other things :)
Tedi @ Running With Infertility
That frozen banana looks great! YUM!
Running my first marathon and completing a triathlon are on my bucket list. I just did a triathlon yesterday, and am doing my first marathon at the end of next month!
Becky @ Ok, so here's the plan
I could run through those palm trees for a long time – gorgeous!
I really want to go to New Zealand – the flying fox zipline looks amazing.

Love Balboa Island so much!! We love going to the boat parade there during December. It was so beautiful here today and a great day for jet skiing – so fun!!!
Bucket List: there are so many places, but will have to go with Australia and New Zealand. It would be so beautiful to run there.
Have a safe trip home!

THERE’S ALWAYS MONEY IN THE BANANA STAND!!!!
Bucket List: I really want to go to South America.
The Hungry Runner Girl
HAHAHAH Thank you for that quote Megan:) I hope you get to go to South America soon!
Sarah @ Sweet Miles
Cracking up at your leaning pic, maybe you were tired? Hahaha just take a load off. That breakfast though…I can’t even. I can’t EVEN right now. My stomach is literally GROWLING as I sit at work!
Rebekah @ Runawayfromzombies
What a fun trip!
I don’t have a “Bucket List”, but a “Be Brave” list which are feats that require me to swallow my fear, do them, and be comfortable doing them before I get to check them off. From parallel parking to a career change — its all on there!
