A few things from yesterday. It has been ages since our last baking extravaganza together so we decided to make whole wheat banana bread. We both agreed on using chocolate chips instead of blueberries this time around though.
Brooke is helping to keep me injury free by being my foam rolling buddy and…
by sitting on me while I am in pigeon pose (stretching out my hips). She makes sure that I don’t get up out of the stretch too early like I normally do.
And last but not least Brooke is obsessed with the exact same flamingo that I was obsessed with when I was 11 years old. We have the same taste.
Off to do a Lactate Threshold Test this morning which is probably going to make my lungs and muscles work really hard and hurt a lot.

First off, I Love your blog! You’ve really helped inspire me. I love running but have had weight, hormone and thyroid issues. It’s made everything difficult. But I’ve finally found a diet that actually seems to work for me and I have realized how much I love running. It’s a slow work in progress!
