Today’s a rest day! I’ve worked hard this week and had killer workouts. I’ve been building strength and endurance from injury doing a ton of strength and cardio training together. I’m finally feeling like myself again. Makes me so happy I could cry. Today I’m celebrating by shopping, eating out and blogging at Starbucks.

Eek!! Today is my last long run!!!❤️❤️

We are flying to Houston to see my family. My dad’s been in and out of the hospital for three weeks, and daily phone calls aren’t cutting it. Fingers crossed for some answers for my Dad and easy flights for us!

I am hoping to get in a run with my sister while I’m there, but not sure if we’ll have time. I’ll be so glad to hug my nieces and watch them play with my daughter.

I am so sorry about your dad Leanne! Prayers for you and your family. Have a safe flight.

I need to do 12 miles this week, I’m a little nervous because I took 3 days off so hopefully I don’t die. Also, it’s going to be on a treadmill because my running partner is at a conference in San Fran. Then the hubby and I are going on a long overdue date to the U Game. In the rain. But I have a babysitter so there is no way we will cancel ;)
