I am a dog person through-and-through. No cats please.

Reply

Reply

I am most definitely a dog person, however I generally like cats. I’d never want one though – vomit, hairballs, etc. And I’m allergic…

Reply

Definitely a dog person. I always had cats when I was a kid, but then in college I found my dog–she was a stray. The bond I have with her is nothing like what I had with the cats. I still like cats, but I am a dog person.

Reply

Focus on cross-training.

No race in near future so Im cutting back the mileage and focusing on other workouts. I’m actually enjoying it :)

Have a great trip.

Busy day on Saturday (there’s a secret involved so I can’t say too much), but I hope to run between 8-10 miles before we head to PA for the day. I will probably be doing a Zumba workout today though!

Good luck in Seattle! Safe travels :)

Three words: I need Chipotle.

I have an all day Bachelorette party in Boston tomorrow so taking it easy tonight is a MUST.

SUCH a dog person. But, really, I’m an all around animal person. I could stand in front of the gorillas at the zoo and watch them ALL day. Have you watched gorillas before!? It is fascinating and terrifying all at once to see how human like they are.

Good luck in your half!!

My three words today: Take it easy :)

I was hoping to get in 8-10 this weekend, but seeing as PT is EXTREMELY painful (Gee, who knew…) it might be half that :/ But that’s okay because that means stronger and longer runs in the future, right?

Have a great weekend, Janae!

DOG!!! I have two boxer boys that are my first children and incredibly spoiled.

We are supposed to head down south to spend the weekend celebrating birthdays with my in-laws, but my 4 year old was up all night throwing up, so not sure about our plans now :( Hoping to get in a five mile run (that’s a lot for me!), so we’ll see.

Have a great trip!!!

I also miss it. I used to be down there every cour of weeks to see my fiancé, but he moved closer to the border a few months ago and things have been so busy planning the wedding that I haven’t had the chance to go back down and visit. I was invited to come down this Sunday for a BBQ though, and I might. Good luck on your race! It is supposed to be really nice this weekend!!

This girl needs a weekend :) And I’m definitely a dog person, wish they stayed puppies forever!

Reply

I love Friday!

Weekend plans: 7 + 10.
I love both cats and dogs, but I think I’m slightly more of a dog person because they aren’t moody like cats. I swear, cats are like PMSing girls, but 24/7. Don’t tell my cats I said that…

Reply

I get to have lunch with a gf on Satuday where all we’re gonna do is brainstorm and plan wedding stuff! Should be fun!

Reply

Three words for today: yoga, coffee, sunshine!

Also, I am definitely both a dog and a cat person, BUT if you asked anyone that knows me, I’m a cat person. I think cats get a bad rap, so I tend to jump in and defend them a lot. Plus, my cats are some of the sweetest and sassiest souls you will ever meet. I love cats’ personalities!

I also love dogs. I great up with a wonderful and sweet Sheltie named Mac. Shelties are AMAZING with kids–I highly recommend one for Brooke :) I am just at a point in my life where dogs are just a little too high maintenance for my lifestyle. I’m away from my apartment A LOT. When I settle down a little bit more, I will probably rescue one.

Reply

My weekend in three words: No school til Monday (crap, that’s 4 words)
I seriously need these few days off of school, my brain can only handle so much info on DNA replication and inoculating bacteria. :)

DEFINITELY a dog person! Plus, I’m allergic to cats, so there’s that. But if I’m being honest, I’m the mean mom (and wife) who is refusing to get a dog because of the commitment. My husband and kids would buy one ASAP if I gave the green light. We’ll see if they wear me down someday.

Have so much fun in Seattle! What a fun spur of the moment trip! My brother and sister & her husband lived in Seattle for a summer a few years ago for summer sales and they LOVED it! And good luck in your half – how are your feet??!

I grew up in Seattle and all of my family is still there minus my little sis and I who were stolen away by BYU, got married, had kids and never returned.
