Talk about true love.  These two shared their lunches with each other yesterday.

Good news.  I have a ‘she lives within steps of my house/I get to hang out all of the time with her/we have so much in common/I love everything about her/our kids are going to get married someday’ Utah friend.  It is people like this that make my situation right now so much easier.

And food like this.

DSC 6351

I am not going to lie, this post is heavy on the Brooke stuff because the last post only had one picture of her.  Actually, I just went back and read it and there were two pictures of her but that just wasn’t enough.

Brooke has a photoshoot on Thursday and I found the absolute perfect outfit at Target for her pictures with my friend after lunch.  Still trying to decide on which headband to have her wear…too many tough decisions in my life right now.

IMG 1490

Afterwards I hung out at my sister’s house and had a deep discussion with Curly over a tub of homemade pico and tortilla chips.  She just started preschool last week so we had a lot to catch up on.

IMG 1492

Next stop (have you noticed I try to keep really busy lately;) was to see ASHLEY’S NEW LITTLE BABY.  He is absolutely perfect in every way.

IMG 1498

Intermission:  Brooke’s new thing lately is to randomly come over and stand on my lap and put our foreheads together for about a minute.   This is my favorite thing that she has ever done.  She just keeps getting cooler and cooler.

IMG 1499

And then my mom and I hit the town late last night after Brooke went to bed (my dad was home with her) for large amounts of sugar.

IMG 1506

Apparently my new thing is wearing ripped jeans, I must be going through an identity crisis or something.

Time for a tempo run this morning.  There is a small possibility that my legs may fall off doing a tempo run the day after a track workout.

————————————————————————-

What was the last thing that you ate?

Would you rather do a track workout, tempo run or long run?

Those with kids in school… what grade(s) are they in?

I jut ate one of my cocoa date balls that I make because I’m about to hoo out the car and run with my BFF. Stroller-less! A glorious day indeed! And I love me a good tempo run for sure!

Reply

I just had a handful of blueberry almonds for a morning snack :-) LONG RUN any day! I avoid pain at all costs! Brooke is adorable! I can’t wait to see the pics from her photoshoot!

Reply

The last thing I ate was…. cereal. Sultana Bran – my life is so exciting right now. But for lunch I am going to eat a tuna sandwich and chips, so I’m excited about that. And I might throw some chocolate in there too cos I’m edgy like that. ;)

I love long runs! I love the rhythm and having that head space. And when you have your favourite song on repeat, it’s the best time to chill out.

Have a good day!

That is an adorable outfit! Can’t wait to see her photo shoot pictures!
Last thing I ate was a pumpkin muffin. So tasty.

Reply

The last thing I ate was a pumpkin cheesecake cookie. It was just okay.

My girls are in 7th & 10th grade this year. It kind of hurt to type that!

Your ripped jeans are cute! We just bought my oldest daughter a pair of ripped jeans at Hollister over the weekend. She loves them and wore them to school today.

You’re right, Brooke is getting more cool and adorable everyday! Thanks for sharing her with us.

Reply

HA! They are so adorable together and that is nice to not live far away. I feel like Brooke has more friends then I do LOL.

I’m sitting here eating breakfast and reading blogs so you can probably guess what I’m eating.

I’m also wearing ripped shorts so I guess it can be an identity crisis for me too. My parents would never let me buy ripped jeans in middle school and I always used to get so upset. I remember one day in high school I bought a pair when out with my friends and let me tell you I never did that again ha.

And tempo runs. I hate the track. Forever and ever.

Reply

I just ate a bowl of cereal. Pretty exciting stuff.

I’d rather do a long run. I really enjoy running where I don’t have to think about my pace and can just zone out and have fun.

Reply

I just ate a bowl of cereal! It’s part of my breakfast routine, eating my cereal and reading your blog! :-)

In this order I prefer: long runs, tempo runs, and then track workouts. I like long runs best because I always run them with my Cruiser friends, and it’s my catch-up time with them!

Reply

Brooke’s little top-knot is adorable! Have a great tempo run Janae!

Reply

I started my day with a couple waffles, they weren’t anything to write home about, but I was able to eat them while driving into work and that’s the most important aspect of breakfast. I love Brooke’s outfit for her photos and am excited to see them!

Reply

Ah, I am drinking coffee right now and had 2 poached eggs~slaw~and avocado for breakfast….loving everything with avocado these days!!

I am much older then you …my kiddos are 11th, 8th and 5th graders…2 girls and the baby boy! Come to MN and we can swap kids for an afternoon so you can see what teenager girls are like for a day. ha! (They are great~just you wait) ;-)

Reply

Brooke’s bun is too much!
I’d choose a long run any day, but I think I should start choosing the others to work on some speed and mixing it up!
Have a Super Tuesday!

Reply

Ugh, that picture makes Froyo look so much better than mine in real life! Last thing I ate was some almond, literally just a few seconds ago haha. I’m thinking tempo run, because it sounds fast. And I’ve been into any run lately as long as it is fast! Never thought I’d say that haha

Reply

My girl and I split powdered doughnut holes a few moments ago. That’s what you feed your 9 month old when she wake up babbling at 445 am, right? ;-)

FYI- they’re on sale at QFS (Kroger chain) for $1 vs. $2.99 until the 24th of September!

My step-son is in 9th grade. Wowzers! Miss that young man…

Reply

I love all of your pictures. They come out so clear. And when Brooke get older she will have her whole life in pictures just by visiting your blog. I think for sure I will blog more once I have kids that way there is somewhere they can look back on and know every detail of our lives.

Reply

You are the best! Your frozen yogurt looks amazing!!!

The last meal I ate was scrambled eggs with hot sauce and a piece of pepper bacon from TJ’S….BEST bacon in the Universe!

Also…..why is that tub of Pico the size of the table?!

Reply

Last thing I ate was a granola bar this morning. Not that exciting–but I had delicious pizza last night. :)

Reply

Last thing I ate…gluten free pizza with chicken, mushrooms, and goat cheese. It was alright.

I like all kinds of runs…the variety of challenge is what makes it interesting to me.

No kids, but one of my nieces went through a forehead to forehead stage just like that with me when they were little too. It’s so sweet! :)

Reply

I would almost always choose a long run…unless its really hot…then quick and speedy workout so I can get inside and lay on the floor:) Last thing I ate was oatmeal and a banana with iced coffee.

Reply

This is my favorite picture of you and Brooke. It’s as if she is connecting with you and no words are necessary. She loves you and you love her unconditionally. Chokes me up a little. I wish they could stay this age forever. Have a fantastic day Janae! xoxo

Reply

I literally just finished my last spoonful of breakfast… oats with AB, honey, and Greek yogurt. Delicious, but I’m super sad they’re all gone :( And that pic of you and Brooke with your foreheads together is seriously the sweetest thing ever. I think she’s smitten with you, and it’s easy to see that the feeling is mutual :)

Reply

Brooke is going to look so cute for her photo shoot!!! I can’t wait to see the pictures! :)

Reply

I was never allowed to wear ripped jeans so maybe I should rebel and wear them now that I’m basically a grown up. I like the headband on the left for brooke! She’s little miss popularity these days- her coolness shows :)
Also, hitting the town to eat ice cream-my favorite way.

Reply

Last thing I ate was a fabulous cinnamon roll (well still in process of eating it) with a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Perfect breakfast in my eyes.

I would much rather do a track workout than a tempo run, for some reason I have always had a beef with tempo’s. BUT It’s a toss up between track workouts and long runs. I love them both at this point, I guess it just depends on the day. Today we will say long run because that’s what I have to do after work today.

For the record: I’m glad you are keeping super busy with fun things, hope it’s helping!

Reply

Last thing I ate was breakfast this morning- kale smoothie with banana, cinnamon, chia, and almond milk. I like the long runs, mentally and physically tough, but such a great feeling of accomplishment.

Reply

Brooke’s new outfit is precious!

Reply

Can’t wait to see the pics! She should be a baby model…she is so adorable!

Reply

is it possible that brooke gets cuter every single day??? because i’m pretty positive thats whats happening here. that froyo looks so good i want it for breakfast :) and the last thing i ate was last night- i had a lamb burger- it was delicious!

Reply

The last thing I ate was a pasta dinner. You’re AMAZING with all of your track runs and tempo runs and everything!! I love hearing about this!

Reply

Brooke is seriously THE cutest. That little stand-on-your-knees-&-press-foreheads-together is so funny. WRITE THAT DOWN so you never forget these little funny antics she does! I had maple and brown sugar oatmeal just now. I still have no taste buds, so I’ve been consuming TONS of carbs. Hadn’t had oatmeal in a LONG time, and it hit the spot this morning! Nice job on the training!

Reply

That forehead picture made me tear up – Brooke must know when your spirits need lifting! :)
The last thing I ate was Swedish Fish for dessert last night – score!
I have a daughter who just started her second year of pharmacy school and then I have two sons – one is a sophomore in H.S. and the other is a freshman.
As much as I dread my long runs beforehand, I’d take them over a track workout or a tempo run any day …

Reply

Last thing I ate: Cheerios with raspberries, sunflower seeds and slivered almonds (my usual weekday breakfast), but I’m about to eat a donut because a customer just brought in one for me! :)

I would SO much rather do a long run any day! The rest of my training is all just to make the long runs possible. :)

Reply

The last thing I ate was some candy corn M&Ms…clearly, I like to start my day off on a healthy note :)

I have never done a track or tempo workout and I probably should get on that one of these days. Long runs are definitely what I prefer and I think I am going to have to try one today. Weather is hitting a high of 69 and lots of sunshine, no humidity. It’s like, “run! you want to run!” haha

Cannot WAIT to see Brooke’s photoshoot pictures!!! She is the most photogenic child I have EVER seen so I’m sure they will be amazing! The forehead touching thing is so precious <3 God knew exactly what he was doing when he brought her into your life…

Have a fabulous day, girl!

Reply

I am so, so, SO jealous you got to meet Baby Ford!!! Also – Brooke’s outfit looks ADORABLE. My favorite is the multi-colored headband.

Reply

I had a caramel apple 3 musketeers only I mistakenly thought it was a caramel apple milky way so I was really disappointed with it. I resolved to have apple cinnamon pancakes for dinner to make myself feel better.
As a connoisseur and lover of headbands I’d go with the multicolored headband.

Reply

Last thing I ate was a breakfast egg thang, it was delicious! I would rather do a track work out I think. Long runs are great but I always feel like a badass when I run fast.

My dog turns one on Saturday!! She has made it through 3 puppy training classes and two advanced classes (each class is 6 weeks). Her womanhood is also being snatched on the 30th. So many changes this month!

Reply

My favorite would have to be long or tempo – probably tempo because usually that means it is over quicker! I am about to head out to do a 10-11 easy miles to recover from my tempo yesterday.

Reply

Oh my, I just love Brooke! That is the sweetest thing ever.

The last thing I ate was a bbq chicken quesadilla.

My preference of run depends on my mood and what I have time for :) Lately, I’ve been looking forward to my long runs.

My kiddos are in 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade! We just started volleyball and flag football yesterday and we’re making our ASB poster tonight and oral language starts next week. Whew! Appreciate the littles!

Reply

I loveee wearing ripped jeans!! Last thing I ate… some Special K vanilla almond. :)

Reply

I love Red Mango, I have told you this before but I get super excited when I see you post a nice big cup topped with the dark chocolate chips and strawberries…My son is fifth grade – I cannot even believe it, time goes so fast!

Reply

Love Brooke’s Little Bun, that is too adorable! The outfit is so cute too!

Reply

I’m currently drinking my morning protein shake (I put coffee in it!)

I am up for ANY kind of run, as long as I get to do one! Hubby and I have to take turns watching kids so we can each go out for a run.

My oldest step son Jesse is in 3rd grade, Jake is in 2nd grade.

& my two daughters are 2.5 and 15 months.

Reply

2 slices Whole wheat bread with chunky peanut-butter. I’m stuffed!

Run…how about an easy any pace outdoor run in the woods!

My kids are in 5th and 8th grade this year. Time is flying by so fast.. I don’t want them to grow up!

Reply

Multiple pictures of Brooke make me so happy! Last thing I ate was breakfast. 1/2 banana then my run, then the rest of the banana at home, then a Lara bar and a diet coke (like my caffeine cold) on the way to work.

Reply

That made me want to go to Red Mango so bad! It might be a track workout…they are hard, but done faster. Tempos are just hard. Long runs right now kinda scare me :)…I have been trying to fo them a bit faster and I don’t have a good fuel plan! Here is my question for you…does your coach mind if you do candy for fuel? Is it really a good fuels source? I am honestly asking because I might try it!…Gels I just can’t seem to stomach and I have tried 4 kinds….chews are okay….but I am considering candy if it is effective!

Reply

My vote is the sparkly headband!

You are SO incredibly lucky to have such supportive friends and family to help you through this rough time. Stay busy (busy is good) and keep doing what YOU want to do. Do what makes YOU happy.

Currently drinking a diet coke, about to have a breakfast bar… all those running options sound awful! I say elliptical… and no kiddos. I have a puppy, does that count? But she is not in school.

Reply

Long run for the win, especially if it’s on trails. But I’ve been really happy with my track workouts and tempo runs lately. Well, happy after they’re over! Yesterday I thought my track workout would never end. I think my legs were still beat from Saturday’s 15-mile trail race! Tomorrow is a 10-mile tempo run at marathon pace. Yikes!

Reply

I love that outfit. She’s going to rock that photoshoot! :)

Last thing I ate were gummy vitamins…I should probably eat breakfast soon haha

That’s a hard one…I like “track” workouts but not on a track. I like to do them on the treadmill. Maybe that makes me really strange. Oh well.

Reply

last thing i ate: barbara’s peanut-butter puffins. you love cereal, and you must try these. (i get them at TJ’s) bomb.com, m’dear, bomb.com.

long run, i suppose. no pressure to be fast!

That picture of you and Brooke head to head is awesome! My son gives me strength like that too :-).

Reply

Mmmm…I had Honey Bunches of Oats for breakfast. That’s the perfect start to a morning. And why is Brooke’s hair styled better than mine on a daily basis?! Can you please come do my hair like you do your 1-year-old daughters’? It would be much appreciated :)

Reply

That outfit for Brooke’s pictures is ADORABLE! My vote is for the multi-colored headband. Curly is looking more and more and more like her momma! They are going to look like twins before you know it. The picture of you and Brooke with your foreheads together is so precious. You are such a great mom!

Reply

Eating Tuscan bread with butter and jam. Long runs for sure, especially if I have a buddy or 2 to chat with.

Reply

Brooke is such a little sweetheart. Can’t wait to see her photo shoot!

I have 3 kids pretty spread apart….a senior in high school, a first grader, and an almost 2 year old!! Yes, I am crazy.

Last thing I ate was chocolate peanut butter ice cream last night, it was delish.

Hmm I think I would pick the track workout, but I also don’t run anywhere near as fast as you so I don’t feel as spent after!

Reply

last thing I ate was a waffle at work this morning! we had a birthday breakfast party- suhweeeet! i would rather do a long run. running fast is so exhausting!

Reply

Brooke just keeps more beautiful & beautiful..like her Momma!
Love her new ‘thing.’ It’s so cool when the littlest things they do remind you HOW lucky you are to have them, ya know what I mean?
CONGRATS to Ashley, what a cute little boy! She is going to make an amazing Mom.
If you move to FL, I will DEFINITELY be that must hang out with/ have everything in common/ our daughters will be BFF’s kind of friend :D
Love ya!

Reply

I go through an identity crisis about 7 times a year. I’m with ya sista’.

Reply

I had a Pillsbury honey butter biscuit with strawberry jam for breakfast – YUM. I would rather do a long run, any day.

Reply

That’s such a tough question… I love tempo runs-they’re tough but you just feel so good afterwards! However, I also love long runs because they give me the chance to catch up with my friends… Truth is, I love all my runs ;) Probably I don’t like track workouts that much just because of the track per se-I get bored going around and around and around…

Reply

My heart would melt if I saw Brooke doing that forehead thing. So cute!!!
And I would waaaay prefer to do a long run. I’m getting better about track workouts, but definitely still not getting myself to do tempo’s.

Reply

The last thing I ate was breakfast – cereal, an apple, and yogurt.

Reply

um, brooke’s litte top knot is the cutest thing ever! so glad you have that special little girl to get you through these hard times. nothing better!

Reply

Ummm I thought those jeans were cute and you looked awesome as always. So carry one with your bad self ;) Good to know we aren’t the only ones that eat tubs full of pico. That stuff is so addicting and it’s what you do when your garden is full of those ingredients.

Can’t wait to see Brooke’s pics. She is so adorable. I just love her and her laugh yesterday just instantly made me in a better mood.

I ate eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. Be super jealous. lol. I am glad you were still able to get your Red Mango on last night. I love ya!!

Reply

I love Red Mango too! And Brooke’s photo shoot outfit looks adorable!

The last thing I ate was a banana, nothing too exciting.

Reply

The last thing I ate was homemade banana bread with chocolate glaze! The picture of you and Brooke is the cutest… I’m so glad you two have each other. <3 I can tell you love her so, so much.

Reply

The forehead to forehead pic is one of the most precious things I have ever seen.

I would rather do a long run any day of the week.

Aw Brooke and her little friend are so cute!! :) I love that you have a friend like that right next to you. So fun! That is a HUGE tub of pico. I’m coming over!

Reply

Aww Brooke knows when mommy needs some love :) I’ve totally been eating froyo like it’s my job lately… there’s a froyo place literally 2 minutes walking from my dorm!

Reply

The forehead thing is too precious! I’d have to pick long run out of the three options – I tend to just zone out when I run, and the other two actually force me to pay attention to things ;-)
And the last thing I ate was a few bites of the squash I roasted this morning to snack on this week!

Reply

Cute outfit for Brooke! And Ash’s baby is so so adorbs.

I last ate an apple…..and I’d rather do a tempo run!

Reply

That picture of you and Brooke together is too cute for words; made me tear up. It’s little things like this that are so meaningful on their own but so much more when we are struggling through an ordeal. I’m so glad you have her! ;) My little boy and girl are in Kindergarten this year. ;) They basically make my day, every day. ;) Have a wonderful day!

Reply

the last thing i ate was oatmeal with blueberries and cashews :)

the picture of you and brooke is so adorable. i cannot wait to have a baby girl someday! <3

Reply

I just ate some chocolate covered pomegranates. My favorite :) I’d rather do a long run than any of those other options. Brooke is the cutest ever. You guys are going to be the best friends to ever have lived.

Oooh can’t wait to see Brooke’s photoshoot — and which headband she ends up wearing! :)

Have a great day!

Reply

I love Brooke’s sweater – I almost bought the same one for my niece!

Reply

I love the jeans!! Everyone needs a change when they go through something like you are. I don’t know why exactly… But I think that’s usually when most women cut their hair… or color it like me. :)

That bun is just getting cuter & cuter! I can’t wait to see the pictures from her photo shoot!

Last I had was oikos raspberry yogurt with mango mixed in! I was sad when I was finished.

Reply

Wow, Curly is starting to look so much like your sister!

I just ate 1/4 cup of trail mix, it’s my 10am snack and I look forward to it every day.

I’m torn between tempo and long run. They hurt differently, but the tempo is over sooner, but I always feel so badass after a long run. Obviously I’m indecisive.

Reply

that pico looks fantastic! and what a cute little outfit brooke has on!

What was the last thing that you ate? sweet potato chips dipped in hummus!

Would you rather do a track workout, tempo run or long run? tempo! more fun.

Reply

Janae you are such a warrior, seriously.

I am currently eating my fav breakfast – oatmeal with chocolate protein powder + peanut butter. Heavennnn.

Reply

oh sweet lord that picture alone makes my heart melt. brooke, you make this girl want to have a baby . . . are they all as cute as you?

Reply

I just want that whole tub of salsa!!! I’m obsessed with fresh pico so yummy:)

Reply

Her new habit is the sweetest thing ever! And that huge container of pico is gigantic!! You guys must love you some pico haha

Reply

The last thing I ate was a chocolate peanut butter protein bar. Yum.

I like track workouts with my running group. We talk a lot between reps. Long runs are great though too because I talk the whole time with my friends.

I LOVE Brooke’s photo shoot outfit. I like the plain gold headband slightly better for that outfit. The other one would be great with something else. Just my opinion though! Brooke would look cute in anything :)

Reply

I’d rather do a long run but I know speedwork is what helps you improve! Love the touching foreheads thing…so precious!

Reply

Last thing I ate was ham and eggs on whole wheat toast for lunch.

Track workouts are DEFINITELY my favorite. As a shorter-distance runner/sprinter they are kind of it for me anyway, but I so prefer high intensity for short periods to medium-high for longer. Nothing like the rush of doing an insane number of 100m reps as fast as possible or a set of progressively faster 400s that make your whole body shake at the end.

Long runs or tempos, on the other hand, always feel like wars of attrition to me… feels like slowly bleeding out my energy into the road and I don’t even get to look at a big collection of snazzy interval times and analyze them!

Plus something about breaking up the workout into pieces makes it a LOT easier than doing it continuously.

Sprinter mindset vs. distance, lol. Glad you seem ‘up’ and are doing well. Your track workout was impressive btw! And I love resisted running. Parachute sprints are even better.

Reply

Long run. ALL THE WAY.

Reply

Brooke and the forehead thing is absolutely precious. Annabelle does something similar…but she tries to gum my face in the process. Isn’t it amazing how they can make everything seem ok? :)

Reply

Brooke’s hair in that topknot is unbelievably cute! And your story about her pressing her forehead to yours is the best thing I’ve heard all month..SO sweet :)

I love a good track workout! Until last week, I haven’t been able to run for about 8 months though, due to knee issues. But my amazing new chiropractor has helped me so much, and I managed a couple short walk/run interval workouts…..so exciting to start getting back out there! I’m trying to learn from you and ease back in slowly though.

Can I put my vote in for the multi-coloured headband? :)

Reply

I just had pretzels And (homemade!) hummus – yum!
My kids are in preK and 2nd grade, but they are still my babies!
Also, my 4 year old still does that forehead thing and I love it!

Reply

Brooke’s top knot = glam. She should consider America’s next top baby model.

Reply

The last thing I ate was a pumpkin Kashi granola bar – ’tis the season! Hard to chose out of those 3 workouts, I like them all at different times!
P.S. Curly’s hair is adorable

Reply

I prefer a track workout and next would be a long run. Tempos totally mess with my mind and freak me out!
Last thing I just shoved in my mouth was multi-grain Scoops dipped in a veggie dill dip. #health. Haha!

Reply

OK, the forehead thing is entirely too precious!

The last thing I ate was my PM snack which was a handful of cashews at work. Definitely NOT as tasty as that fro yo!

Reply

The picture of you and Brooke with your foreheads together is the sweetest thing ever!

That's her way of helping you regroup. She's telling you, "We got this, mom." Cutest thing ever :) And don't photo shoots require more than one outfit??? I think yes. So just go buy an outfit that will go with the other headband.

Reply

I totally drove my you while you were having lunch with your friend, I was dropping my daughter off at preschool. I thought about saying hi but then I realized I don’t actually know you :)

Reply

Ahhhhhhhhh you totally should have!!!!!!! We should go to costa together!

The last thing I ate was a sliver of purple onion from the pizza I was assembling. Purple onion and mint gum are a no-go, just in case you were wondering!

Reply

I LOVEEEEEEEEE Brooke’s head touch. We will have to have her teach Brooklyn *this weekend* love you can’t wait to see you!

Reply

I just ate a bunch of popcorn and now my mouth hurts from the salt :/

I’d rather do speed work. Or run long. Tempo runs are not my favorite…which means they’re what I should focus on when I start running again.

My school-aged kids are in 9th, 6th, 3rd and pre-k. One at every kind of school! Also, I have one stepchild at junior college, one just graduated from college, one in med school school. Really covering almost all the educational bases ;-)

Reply

Frosted Flakes. They have become my new favorite late night snack.

Reply

I had egg whites with salsa and turkey sausage this morning… last thing I ate :) My favorite run is the long run, though a speed work out does leave me feeling pretty satisfied too. My girls are 8 and 6 years old (1st and 3rd grade) and are starting to be pretty interested in running. In fact there is a “Great Candy Run 5k” next weekend that I’m doing (even though I hate 5k’s… it’s called Candy run… I can’t miss that) and they are x’ing off the days on the calendar because they are so excited! (they are doing the 1 mile fun run :)

I’m supposed to be paying a bill online, and then I need a shower stat because I’m not sure I need to expose some morning company to my post-early-morning-run-funk, but instead I was scrolling through your lovely my blog. My 4-year-old asked, “Who are all those people?”

“Just a blog I read,” I said (one of the only ones by the way as I drastically have skimmed my social media diet in recent years to be a more fully present mom, friend, wife, runner, and human being rather than human doing). :-)

Well, she saw Brooke and the babies and Curly, and said, “Awwww…what cute kids!”

Just thought I’d send some of her 4-year-old sunshine your way! I also said a prayer for you after we admired your photos.

Last thing I ate…gluten free wildberry waffles

Long run anyday
