Google searches that brought people to this blog and I ate at Denny’s and I liked it.

For the first 6 months of Brooke’s life we ate a crazy amount of delicious food in front of her and we never shared with her. She has now decided to make up for lost time by grabbing all food that is ever placed before her and stuffing it in her mouth as quickly as possible.

Baja Fresh Wahoo Fish Salad.

We ran a trillion errands, did laundry, CLEANED and then my mother had a request for Brinner. She loves breakfast foods almost as much as I do. We went to and called a bunch of different places that offered bfast but they all closed at 3 pm. No Bueno.

This is where Denny’s came in. Bfast 24 hours a day.

DSC 4799

My mom and I both went with the red white and blue special (the blueberry pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream with eggs, bacon and hash browns).

DSC 4804

Brooke had some of my pancake with syrup on it and she was SO hyper when we got home. I had honestly never seen her so hyper before in my life. It was hilarious.

I thought I would answer some of the Google searches that brought people to the Hungry Runner Girl:

1. “Hungry Runner Girl Brownies for Breakfast.”

-I think that took them to THIS post that I ate brownies for bfast even though this happens more than I care to admit.

2. “Billy’s froached egg recipe.”

-76 people googled this recipe and Billy is really cocky about it now.

3. “Hungry Runner Girl, Mer (that is my Grandma’s name) and whipped cream.”

Yep, this happened and it was amazing:

4. “Is it bad to eat ice cream the night before a long run?”

-No. If anything it makes you incredibly speedy plus your happiness levels are really high afterwards.

5. “Hungry Runner Girl Piñata.”

-We did win an award for these costumes but we also spent way too many hours making it.

IMG 0494

6. “Crazy Hungry Runner Girl”

Ummmmm…. thank you?! Billy, stop googling me.

7. “26.2 miles on a treadmill.”

-Yeah, I don’t know why/how/why/why/why I did that.

8. “How old is Hungry Runner Girl?”

-27 even though I act younger.

9. “How tall is Hungry Runner Girl?”

-5’8.75″

10. “Cereal for dessert?”

-Cereal does not count for dessert. Large donuts the size of your head, now that counts for desserts.

11. “Hungry Runner Girl + Jef.”

DSC 2114

12. “I stopped running, got boobs back.”

-Awesome.

13. “I am a good wife.”

-I keep telling myself that too.

14. “Weird human tricks”

-We spend a lot of hours perfecting these tricks of ours.

IMG 4215

13. “My stomach hurts from eating sour patch kids.”

-One of the many consequences. #worthit

14. “Can you go running when sleepy?”

-I don’t wake up until mile 3 of my runs so yes you can go running when sleepy.

15. “Size 20 feet.”

-Actually they are size 10.

16. “I just eat the frosting.”

-Me too so we can’t be friends because then we will fight over who gets the frosting.

I am dying at I stopped running and got boobs back! Wait… maybe I need to stop running. I somehow feel like I’d be the unlucky one that boobs got smaller.
So fun to share food with the babies now isn’t it? Although I hate sharing!

Reply

I LOVE reading things that bring people to your blog! Some are so random! They never fail to be entertaining though :-) Thanks for the laughs. No sour candy so me, bring on the chocolate. I am 5’7″… exact same as my husband!

Reply

Hahahaha #13 with the gummy worms has to by my favorite. either that or #3- you have an awesome grandma :)

Reply

HA those are some hilarious search terms. It’s so funny to see how people wind up at a blog! I don’t remember how I discovered yours… but am so glad I did! :)

Reply

I don’t love sour candy, but I also don’t hate it. I guess sour patch kids would probably be my fave, although I used to enjoy the sour skittles too — haven’t seen those in ages!

I’m 5’3″. Call me crazy, but I think I goggled ‘running blogs’… and that google search brought me here!

Reply

I love any sour gummy kind of candy! And I am 6 feet tall, the tallest in my family. Family photos look kind of awkward when I was hovering over my big brother and dad! Now I hover over my husband and all my littles:)

Reply

5’10” here though I was supposed to be 6’7″ (You know, the double your height in inches thing when you are 2. My sis actually came within 1/2″ of that. She’s 5’8″.)

I like some sour candy, but only when my hub’s son shares it with me!

Reply

I found your website when I was looking for reviews for ‘purple Garmin Forerunner 10’ I’m very glad I did find it and my review on the Garmin- Awesome!

Reply

This is my favorite post to date! Some of those searches had me laughing hard!

Reply

Your search terms have me beat. I get a lot about drinking milkshakes and track meets. I would never condone that….or would I? I have big feet too (size 10.5 sneakers) but I’ve never gotten a search term about that.

Reply

I’m not so much a fan of sour candy. They’re ok. I’m much more of a chocolate person!

I’m 5’5″. Once upon a time, my dad lied to me and told me I was 5’6″ so I wouldn’t feel so short (everyone in my family, including my 9th grade brother, is atleast 5’9″!) So I spent years thinking I was 5’6″. And then I found out he lied. I was crushed. Short and sad..!

You are the first running blog I found! I found it on facebook because one of my friends “liked” your page. I’m still getting used to reading blogs and exploring, but I’ve got a solid 3 or 4 I read every day and try to comment on!

PS- 26 miles on a treadmill?! My mental limit is 8-10. Some days it’s 2, because I really just don’t like treadmills.

Reply

Oh my gosh! This is too funny! I just posted about this below because I thought I was 5’6″ too but I’m only 5’5″!! We can’t figure out what happened but I stopped growing really young (I was 12 years old at 5’5″) so I think that my mom assumed I’d be 5’5″ 1/2 soon enough and then that got exaggerated to 5’6″ until I believed it. For years!!! Like until 2 years ago I think haha. I was standing next to someone who was 5’6″ and told them I was too and they laughed and said definitely not… Back to the measuring stick!

Reply

This happened to me, too! For years I thought I was 5’5″ until I told someone who was actually 5’5″ (and taller than me) that that was my height… then I realized I was only about 5’4″. Sad day!

Reply

I believed it for years too!!! It wasn’t until my LITTLE BROTHER (and by little, I mean 9 years younger than me) surpassed me in height a year or so ago. He had a growth spurt and the doctor said he was 5’6″- which is clearly what I thought I was- and he was definitely taller than me. Sadly, he’s now 5’10” or 5’11” and I am definitely the midget of the family…! :)

Reply

I’m 5 foot 8 and have size 10 feet, too. I wear 11s to run, though.

I’m not a big fan of sour candy. I’ll take swedish fish any day.

Most of the running blogs I found through other running blogs.

Reply

I found Carrots’n’Cake through a magazine article, which is how I got catapulted into this whole blogging world. Through CNC, I found other blogs, and eventually found yours!
This was quite an interesting (and hilarious) post!

Reply

These are so funny! It is pretty strange what some people are on the search for. The picture of Mer with the whipped cream is priceless!

Reply

I’m not a huge fan of sour candies, though I can pack away some gummy bears! I’m 5’3″ but through family inheritance (thanks Momma) I wear a size 9 sure for almost everything. So I’m a rather awkward runner but I try.

I read most of the blogs I’ve come to enjoy through Google Image searches (I was training for my first half two years ago and looked for tips/motivation). I found yours that way and now that I’m getting ready to have my first offspring, I enjoy your blog even more!

Reply

Brooke’s heathered pink shirt is too adorable!

I think Sour Straws are my favorite candy. Besides that I can’t handle it and my eyes start twitching from the sourness/acidity.

I’m 5″3.5, but I like to say I’m 5″4. I really wish I was atleast 5″5. I just like the way it looks.. It’s terrible and vain, I know.

I actually found your blog through another blog I visited. It had a link from a blogger meet you went to I think. Ever since it’s been one of my favorites.

Reply

This has trying to trace our “friendship” and I know it was from runners world. Did you used to comment in any of the forums? I swear I clicked on your hungry running link from there…. And it’s all history.
That marathon on the treadmill happened in real time probably a week after I found you. I remember thinking it was awesome-sauce.

Reply

I started reading blogs when I searched for “Tiffany’s necklace + Nike Marathon” and found Skinny Runner. I started reading you when you were featured on her blog :) I am just barely 5’5”. I’m not a huge sour candy fan, but the only kind I will eat is Sour Patch Kids. I like when my husband eats them and they make him sweat! LOL

Reply

Yes to the sour candy – my favorite is that watermelon one!

I’m only 5’3 (rounded up)! My boyfriend is 6’1..my neck hurts alot.

You were my first running blog! My roommates kept talking about your blog and the things you did/ate/advised so I finally googled you and have been following ever since :)

Reply

I found your blog from runners world magazine. I love your blog. I’m 5’7. I’m almost 46. But feel younger than 26. :)

Yummm those pancakes looks amazing!! I always find it funny what people google to find the way to my blog – always keeps me entertained for the day!

These really made me laugh :)

Reply

haha I love looking through my search terms. Always cracks me up. I don’t even know what first brought me to your blog but I’m glad I found it!

Reply

Sour candy is clearly the best.

I love some of the Google searches that get people to my blog. One of my recent favorites was “Bob Benson apron,” which I mentioned when I briefly talked about how much I liked the Mad Men season finale and added that I loved seeing one character in an apron. I’m sure the person was NOT looking for a running/fitness blog!

I also once got “fat girl boob sweat.” The boob sweat part… let’s just say that my first half marathon pictures are super attractive. I’m going to assume the “fat girl” part was in reference to how Fabulous And Terrific I am.

Reply

Hahaha omg those are hilarious! I love the pic with your grandma. She’s a champ! I’m 5’9 and have size 10 feet, too!

Reply

Hilarious searches!
Sugar + babies = insanity. It’s amazing how clearly you see the response in a tiny body. I know we’re mean, but whenever we babysit or have our nephews over, we go to a no-sugar diet just to make it easier on ourselves! Once the kids are in bed we can eat grown-up ice cream, though.

Reply

I don’t know how to say this without sounding like a total pervert but your boobs look ginormous in that pic of you in the orange top lol.

I don’t remember how I found your blog, I think it was after you guest-posted for PBF.

Reply

I think your answers were better than the search terms!

Reply

I am obsessed with sour patch kids and all sour candy! I am exactly 5’0″ tall. And I found my first running blogs by googling some kind of running question but I can’t remember what!

Reply

I’m not a huge fan on sour candy. I’m a salt sweet fan though.
I’m 5’5″. I didn’t know you were that tall.
I first found running blogs after I started my own blog and started googling. Healthy Living blogs helped me find a lot of blogs too. Now I’m addicted.

Reply

Hahaha! I love this post!!! And I am DEFINITELY going to make Billy’s froached eggs now! :)

You were my first running blog, shortly followed by skinny runner. Love you girls. But I’ve been reading blogs for years, our best bites was my first and is a favorite still.

I’m 5’6″

And I live sour patch kids, and that’s what my kids choose on road trips too- raising them right!

Reply

I think I found your blog when searching for pregnant running bloggers or something like that.
I love sour patch kids!

Reply

The whole reason I blog is to read those google searches. I love your responses.

One of my fav google searches to my blog is “Suicide of Mark Matthews”

Reply

Those are hilarious!! I started reading running blogs when my cousin told me she’s been reading blogs for quite awhile now. I never thought I’d really get into it but now I have a few that I follow and it encouraged me to start my own!! I don’t have any fun search terms yet though…maybe someday. I CANNOT believe you ran a marathon on a treadmill – I actually think that was one of the very first posts of yours I read because I started with your Favorites and your Race Recaps and I remember thinking that is INSANE…but also kind of makes me want to do it too.

Reply

But I’m also still so new to it that I mess up the address of my own site when I try to comment…

Reply

I want to be like your Grandma Mer when I am her age!!!!! Way to live it up :)!
These are sooo funny! I don’t have much of a chest to begin with and if EVER I loose any weight I somehow seem to loose it from there! Unfair!!!!
I am 5’5″….and believe it or not I wear size 9.5 shoe! My daughter is only 11 and she wears a size 8 in womens already!
I LOVE breakfast food…and brinner is awesome!
I am more of a chocolate fan myself…after a few sour candies my tongue hurts :)

Reply

Love that Mer got googled… hahah she is too cute!

Reply

I just laughed so hard at your answers to Google searches! I dont wake up till mile 3 either (aka the end of my my mornnig runs…HA).

Reply

So random…people found my site by searching size 15 feet (that’s my boyfriend’s size). What is everyone searching for feet?

Reply

Those search terms are hilarious!

I love sour patch kids, but my tongue starts hurting before my stomach when I eat them! I’m only 5’5″ (and a half!), but I’ve always wished I were taller. I didn’t realize you were so tall! I think this is the only true running blog I read, although I read a lot of fitness blogs. I found yours through reading Julie’s at pbfingers.

Reply

Hahaha this might be my favorite post of yours. I started reading running blogs because I FOUND YOURS!! I’d been reading other blogs for a while, and I Googled “best running blogs” and you were on the list. Can’t remember who made the list now, but I think it was some magazine. So I started reading, and I was hooked.

Also I’m only 5’4 and I’m not a huge fan of sour candy, but I can eat it every once in a while.

Reply

Love the google searches! I’m 5’7 and don’t like any candy!!?? I love baked goods and have a small healthy/guiltless dessert business. I just had my first large catering job this am!!

Reply

I don’t mind some sour candy, anything gummy I won’t say no to.
5’1″ – kinda short ;)
I have wondered how I found so many of the blogs I read and never can remember, it has been too long I guess.

Reply

Ha…I had a funny google search on my blog today- “finger in bum.” At first I was like, “what?” Then I realized that I had written about my bum finger-or in other words, injuring my finger. Who searches that though?

Reply

I like most sour candy…I don’t know what my favorite is though.

I’m 5’6″, I always wanted to be 5’8″ until I met my {now} husband and he is only 5’6″ too…so now I’m glad I’m not any taller. I have size 9.5-10 feet though.

I don’t really remember how I got on running blogs, but once I found one, I usually find the other from links in ones I read…either featured or in the comments.

Reply

haha hilarious. Love your response to crazy hungry runner girl.

My favorite google search to my page was “Gangnam Style Pumpkin Stencil”. I reallllly want to see how that jack o lantern turned out ;-)

Reply

“I stopped running, got boobs back.” –> hahahahahahaha. I love looking at some of the search terms that lead to my blog…”fail” has popped up a few times. I’m a little concerned about that one.

Reply

Oh, your Google keyword searches are hilarious! Thanks for making me laugh this early in the morning.

Reply

“I stopped running, got boobs back.” — ahahahah! That is brilliant! Maybe I should try that?

Reply

Google searches are definitely the most entertaining thing to scope out. Some people search the oddest things.
Number 13 killed me.

Reply

I found your blog through Shutupandrun (side bar favorites). I also did a search on women running blogs and that’s how I found Shutupandrun.

I’m 5’7″ but I am a hair off from being 5’8″ so I tell everyone that’s how tall I am.

I have 9-1/2 for running shoe size, but for years I thought I was an 8.. and I wondered why I had black toe nails when I started running!

I like Dots candy.. I have a hard time passing up a big box when I’m at the store. I have to tell myself to “move away from the candy”… I eat them before I can ever use them for fuel on a run.

Reply

My favorite sour cans is sour patch kids. I’m 5’3.5″. The half inch makes a world of difference! :) Your blog is actually one of the first I found. Obviously the people who work at google are geniuses-they probably also know a bit too much about me from seath queries. Such is life!

Reply

I LOVE breakfast for dinner too! Yum!

Question: Where did you get those gray skinny crops in that Denny’s photo? They’re super cute – I want a pair!

Reply

haha I stopped running, got boobs back! That is hilarious!! I loved your pinata costume! I dont think I could ever run in a costume!

Reply

Those were so fun to read! People search for the craziest stuff!! I LOVE sour candy, I think that is the only candy I like! Sour patch kids all the way! I am 5’6. Taller for a girl but super short in my family with my sisters at 5’10 and 5’9.

Reply

Love sour patch kids!! They are my choice of poison. Hate how sore my mouth is after eating them, but I just can’t stop eating them until the bag is empty lol. I’m 5’1 #stillgrowing #fingerscrossed. I think I came across your blog from Skinny Runner. I think I came across her blog by searching for running? I can’t remember lol it was a year ago, and I’m so happy I did.

Reply

I am 5’7.5″

Sour patch kids are probably the only sour candy that I like.

That list was greatly entertaining. Like a little too much. Though I am kinda surprised there wasn’t hundreds of searches for ‘cutest baby’ or something like that. Seriously. That picture of ‘hyper’ Brooke is fantastic. I can’t believe she will be 1 next month. Are you throwing her a party?

Reply

What’s with #12?? Hahahaha

Sour candy isn’t my jam. Hurts my stomach. I can’t even do green apples- too tart.

5’1″- I’m pretty mini

I found your blog through a friend “like”ing your blog on Facebook and I’ve found several others through comments on blogs- just linking from one to another.

Reply

I have been guilty of Googling the froached eggs, but have yet to try it.

Reply

Love the idea to make a post out of your funniest/most popular Google searches! And a great way to learn a little more about you. Although, some of the Google searches that bring people to my blog are pretty weird/not always appropriate for family! I promise my writing is pretty darn wholesome, but I’ve written a lot about breastfeeding and that has lead to some strange Google search terms. I always wrote about my experience at the Friedrichsbad Spa</a< in Germany, which is a garment-free spa. While the post itself is PG, the search terms aren't always!

I LOVE sour gummy candies and breakfast for dinner. Or any time of day! I also wish I was 5'8. I'm only 5'5, and I'm 100% sure both of my girls will be taller than me!

Reply

Yikes! Sorry about the crazy link in my comment! Must have been a TYPO with the end tag.

Reply

I LOVE sour candy. I like those little strip ones in the bag. I bought some for the ball game yesterday-I thought they were sour-turns out they were kind of licorice flavor instead. They were good.

Reply

I don’t generally turn down candy (sour or otherwise) but I would usually pick chocolate as my first choice. That being said, if I had to pick a sour candy I’d have to go with sour patch kids.

And I’m 5’7. Like exactly 5’7, the receptionist at my doctor’s office always marvels about how I’m right on the dot.

Reply

At first i couldn’t remember how i found your blog, since at this point is just seems like it’s always been part of my day. But the more i thought about it, i remembered reading another blogger blogroll, and in the comments SOOO many people said what about HRG!!, that i had to check you out. So happy i did. You’ve been an inspiring, fun, hilarious and kind part of my day ever since. <3

…I found your blog on Google while looking for a foam roller to buy ;) That was two days before my first race ever and I have been stalking, ehm, following you religiously ever since!

I love sour Dino’s because I love sour candy but the sugar hurts my tongue after a while and sour Dino’s don’t have that coating!!

I’m 5’5″ (although I told people I was 5’6″ for so long that I totally believed it myself until someone called me out on it – it was pretty funny how shocked I was!)

I can’t remember how I came across your blog? Googling something about run training I think? Yours was the first I found though and I was hooked! I’ve read a few others now too but most I read have come through your comment section :)

Reply

Oh, this is priceless. These “what Google searches brought people here” never get old…

I think your running blog (or SUAR’s) was my first…probably 3 or 4 years ago? But I kept my blog reading under control (like, to just 2 or 3 blogs) for quite a few years before things started getting out of control (the past 6 months). :)

I have recently fallen in love with sour candy. Out here, we can get Sour Worms or Sour Bears. I like the bears. The worms are always the same two colors attached, and green/purple (my least favorite flavors) are always together.

Reply

Hahaha these are great. Mine are always things like ‘best friends with my sissy’, ‘take my sissy to work day’, I guess I talk a lot about my sister!

Skinny Runner was the first running blog I read and I think I must have linked to you from the ING NY Marathon post, and I’m so glad I did!

I am 5’2 1/2 ” and I like those long sour rainbow ribbons, I can never remember what they’re called.
Also, next time you’re at Denny’s if you find yourself drawn to the ‘Grand Slamwich’, don’t do it! Your bowels will never be the same, and I mean never – my little tip to you.

I actually found running blogs through Pinterest first. So glad I did! So fun to read and give tons of great advice. I’m a newbie to running so it’s been super helpful. Plus, I decided to start my own blog thanks to your example! Thanks!

I’m not sure how I ever came upon your blog, but I have been hooked ever since.

Those sour watermelons are my favorite. Love them. At my last physical, they said I was 5’9.5″ yahoo!! I’m always afraid they are going to tell me I’m shorter and that I’ve started shrinking already;-)
I was searching for gansett marathon reviews, and found SR’s blog. The rest is history;-)

Hilarious! I’ve had some crazy google searches to my blog too – though nothing like yours! I had someone search for “how to own grocery store paperwork” and come to my blog. What?

I love that you and your sister have the same facial expression in your tricks picture.

When we were at Disneyland last year (I miss that place) we were too cheap to pay to eat at the park so we would walk across the street and go to IHOP. One day the line was long and we went next door to Denny’s instead and it was WAY BETTER! They have some new healthy food choices that are amazing (lots of avocado) and ever since that trip that has been my kids favorite restaurant and we are shocked to find that we don’t mind. I mean, it’s no culinary feast, but it’s not the grease pit it was when I was a kid!

Reply

Haha! I am not the biggest fan of sour candy but I love Sour Patch Watermelon. So yummy.

I’m 5’5″:)

Fun list! I found discovered running blogs when Runner’s World featured some a few years ago. Clicking from one to another brought me to yours and I have been reading ever since! Favorite sour candy would be sour patch kids as well. I am 5’8″ and wear size 9.5 in running shoes (9 in dress shoes).

I forget how I found running blogs but it was yours which tuned me into this awesome community. :D And every day since, you’ve put a smile on my face! I’m more of a chocolate candy lover than gummy/sour candy, but my favorite sour candy is probably sour patch kids. I’m 5’6.75″. I’m always technical about it ;-)

I just went to the Denny’s with my boyfriend and best friend on Sunday after our other best friend’s wedding, and I got the red, white, and blue special too! YUM!!! You should have made a video of hyper Brooke :)

I like old skool Lemonheads. I used to be 5’7″ but somehow am now missing a half-inch. The first blog I read was Random Thoughts From the Zoo. You’ve met Catey. I found her on a pregnant moms forum and followed her link to her blog…which actually led me to yours. She intrigued me because we both have a huge number of kids in the family. I didn’t know then that blogs had genres.

Lovelovelove sour patch kids. I went through a period of a few years where I was sick of them, but don’t worry-it’s a passion again.

I’m only 5’2.5″….that 1/2in really matters ;) My husband is 6’4 though, and I have a feeling our daughter is going to overtake me in height by the time she’s 10.

Reply

Just reading the words “26.2 miles on a treadmill” makes my hamstrings cramp up.

I love sour candy! Any kind, really.

I think I first started reading running blogs by literally googling “half marathon blog” or something like that when I was training for my first big race and then clicking on links to other blogs from there. I just wanted a “real” opinion of training plans and running resources that wasn’t coming from a magazine or a company trying to sell products.

These are awesome!! I don’t remember how I found your blog…

I found your blog when I searched “Tips for new runners.” I am so glad I found your blog! It has been so helpful as I train for my first marathon in October. You have such great tips and a great outlook on life!

There’s a great restaurant called Country Inn (there’s a location in Santa Clara and San Jose) that makes bfast all day long! It’s my family’s go to!

Bill’s Cafe near SCU closes around 3, but they are well known for their French toast and Stacks in Downtown Campbell (also closes early) but makes the BIGGEST pancakes ever.

Also, downtown Campbell would be a fun place to take Brooke! It is crowds on Sundays because of the farmer’s market, but a good way to spend a Sunday morning.

Always funny to see what brings people to blogs, I find that I sometimes forget where I read something and have to search but can’t remember it all so probably search for something silly that the blogger will chuckle at.

I’ve always told myself I don’t like gummy candy, but I love Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish. They’re sooo good!

I started reading running blogs about 2 years ago, I think? Yours was one of the first and I totally remember the multi-colored fonts you used to use. I think the daily pictures of Brooke are much cuter!

HRG was the first running blog that I followed regularly. My friend told me about it and I’m glad she did! I love seeing what people typed into Google and ended up finding my blog. Some are so hilarious!

JANAE YOU KNOW TODAY IS FREE SLURPEE DAY AT 7-ELEVEN, RIGHT?!?!?

Sour candy aren’t usually my “go-to”…..I really like M&M’s……but if I were going sour, SPKs or Sour Ropes are goo-ood!

I’m 5’9.75″….I think I’m shrinking, even at the ripe age of 32.

I’m not sure how I came across running blogs…..I’m glad I found yours though – always enjoyable to read, funny, and inspiring!

Soo I flew into slc today and tried cafe rio simply because all of your drool inducing pictures….I am addicted…idk how I am going to convince my boyfriend to fly me to Utah weekly for lunch!

Oh my gosh, I thought you were wearing the same shirt in the Denny’s picture as I am today (which I just got at Old Navy), but then I realized your sleeves are cuffed and mine aren’t. Well, anyways, obviously I like your shirt!

I think I found your blog through another HLB, but I can’t remember which it was!

OK, I just laughed out loud on several of those. Absolutely hilarious. I especially love that picture of grandma and the whipped cream! My kind of lady! ;)

I am 5’3″. I know, I’m a shorty. Always have been.
My mom is the first person that introduced me to your blog and I’ve found lots of running blogs since then!

You crack me up — I love seeing what people search for to find my blog, they’re not as entertaining as yours though :)

Sour Patch Kids.. oh, or Lemon Heads.. those are good too!

I’m 5’5ish.

I found running blogs kind of as an extension of the mommy blogs I was reading before I started running.

I love you times a million. :) 5 2 1/2. No sour- bring on the chocolate!!!

The new Sour Patch Kids Xtreme are fantasmo!
If I ever run a Marathon I refuse to eat swedish fish or any other lesser candy. It will be SPK Xtremes all the way! Damn the consequences. Which will probably be acid reflux and frequent restroom breaks.

I first found running blogs when I moved to a new city and was looking for recommendations on running routes. And I’ve been hooked on reading them ever since – especially yours! I finally took the plunge last month and started my own health and fitness focused blog so I can join in all the fun :-)

That piñata costume is awesome! Haha and I actually Googled you last night…once for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe and once for those A-Z cookies with everything in them!

I always pick chocolate candy (usually M&Ms yummm) but my boyfriend always gets sour gummy worms or sour patch kids and I always end up loving those too! For some reason I just never pick them out myself haha.

I had an internship two summers ago and when I was bored one day I somehow stumbled upon “Kath Eats Real Food”. I honestly don’t even remember how I found it, but it totally opened up the world of food/healthy living blogging that I’m now obsessed with!
