I committed a blogging felony and a FUEL GIVEAWAY!!!

Brooke will be wearing her santa outfit daily until December 25th.  I can’t help it, it is just not possible to look at her in this outfit and not get a huge smile on your face.  I think she tried to spit up on it last night so she wouldn’t have to wear it (I do laundry once a month:) but I was speedy enough to catch it right in time.

My aunt, uncle and cousin had a big celebration just for Billy!  They were celebrating Billy finishing his very first semester of law school.  They had all of his favorites:  Chinese food, cake and football.

DSC 5293

When I was pregnant I couldn’t even handle the smell of Chinese food so of course I forced Billy to stay at least 100 feet away from it the whole time too so that I wouldn’t even smell it on his clothes.  That means it has almost been a year since we have had it (I think) and holy cow it was incredible!  I have missed you orange chicken, kung pao shrimp, beef and broccoli and chow mien.

DSC 5294

My blogging felony was that I ate a fortune cookie and didn’t take a picture of my fortune to post it like all of the cool kids do.  I didn’t even read the fortune because who has time to read when they have a cookie in their hand?

This was the last time that we will see our family before Christmas and so we opened presents after dinner.  They have the coolest nutcracker collection ever, they have them all over their house.

DSC 5298

After presents we went to Christmas Tree Lane in Palo Alto to look at all of the different decorated houses.

DSC 5300

Groundbreaking news:  I loved a cake that didn’t even have frosting on it.  We ate while watching the 49ers game.

DSC 5304

I warned you weeks ago that my blog would be slowly transitioning to not only just a blog about sugar, running, candy, Brooke x 1,000,000 and hot chocolate but also about baby fashion.  I introduce you to the cutest little hat that is part of a matching outfit that my aunt, uncle and cousin gave Brooke.
