Now this is an awesome facial expression for ya.  I think I was saying, ‘buy it for me NOW’ as he was snapping the photo.

I am really getting a lot of my Christmas shopping done;)  I found the coat that I needed (okay, Billy says it is a want not a need since I have 14 other coats just like it) for my Christmas present this year. Yes….I buy my clothes at Costco and love them dearly.

Something else I am loving dearly:

Since Utah is not nearly cool enough to have a Trader Joe’s, I always have to stock up on all of my favorite things whenever I am in California.  This Cilantro dressing may be in fact my favorite store bought dressing ever.  Try it if you are privelledged enough to have a TJ’s within driving distance of you.

We ate dinner at about 9:30 last night (aka my bedtime) because I forgot that putting the ingredients for our soup into the SLOW-cooker (crock pot) at 5 pm means that it isn’t going to be done an hour later.  More like 4.5 hours later.

IMG 0913

Carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, turkey, celery and garlic.  We added taco seasoning afterwards because it needed a little more flavor.

Rolls for dipping.

Burn Notice playing in the background.  Another one of our favorites.  Anyone that can guess how many tv series Billy and I are addicted to gets a prize.  Clue: It is less than 500 but more than 100.

——————————————————-

Time to be selfish:  What is on your Christmas wish list?

Do you have a Trader Joe’s close by?  What is your latest favorite product from there?

What was your last source of protein?

-Turkey for me!

Reply

I have a cashmere sweater my mom bought me at costco and it’s so comfy! Costco is the best place ever… And the last thing with protein I ate was a protein cupcake I made with protein powder in the microwave last night! Oh and the banana with PB i’m snacking on right now before I hit the gym.

The anonymous comment on your blog is from me…oops!! Great run today!

Reply

You crack me up every morning – and that means a lot when I come into worka t 6am EST :)

The only thing on my Christmas List is a new pair of running shoes – and I know I will be getting those in January, yay! We are going to Germany for 11 days to visit my in-laws and my husband’s friends so that will be fun and is def. enough fo a Christmas present for both of us! …. espec. as it includes all the German chocolate and gummi bears I can eat, mmmmmmmmm

We have a trader joe’s about 20 min north of us and I can’t say I really ever go there. Maybe I should go check it out, have not been in years, may be missing some yummy treasures!

Reply

You go to work at SIX…holy cow! Yes, take advantage of your somewhat close TJ’s! That is so awesome that you are going to Germany…I better hear all about it. What kind of running shoes are you getting?

Reply

I have a pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 and I love them – just getting the 8 version but in the Osaka colors… bright blue! So excited :)

Question for you about shoes actually – how many pair do you go through a year? I was reading that you should change them every 350-500 miles which would mean around 3 pairs a year for me if I’m training for 2 half marathons or a half and a full next year – yikes! Just wondering if that is really what people stick to.

Reply

I usually get a new pair every 400 miles or so!! Yep, that means I go through a lot. I probably get 3-4 new shoes a year. You will start to feel when your shoes need to be replaced! Love Mizuno!

Reply

I love Trader Joe’s! They have a lot of really affordable gluten-free products. I especially love their veggie chips.

Reply

The closest TJ’s is about 30-35 minutes away which is n’t horrible but it’s not convenient either. I haven’t gone in at least 4 months and I’m out of almond butter. The horror! That and frozen meals are my staple items from there and I really need to get back! Love that jacket, you definitely need it :)

Reply

You better go get stocked up soon….wish I could come with you?!?! Wouldn’t that be fun?

Reply

All I want for Christmas is for a Trader Joes to open in south Houston!

Reply

Let’s write them some letter to get them to open one in S. Houston and here in Utah!

Reply

Actually, I’m on board with that. South Houston is probably a 4 or 5 hour drive from Dallas, but I actually think TJ’s might be worth a road trip once or twice a year! I miss it so much.

Reply

Foam roller, new yoga mat from Kulae and yoga towel! Last form of protein was greek yogurt and that was yesterday…none since then oops!

Reply

Love your random questions but OK. My last protein was chicken and I say get the coat! It’s cute…I want one, but I’d only use it every three years when I make a winter trip to Utah. Seriously since moving to AZ in 2000 I’ve had to wear a coat maybe 5 times and that’s just when traveling to super cold places. I still sport my 1998 ski parka from Gart Sports (is it?) :)

My newest TJ’s favorite product is their organic hummus and the tomato soup you turned me on to. The whole family loves that! Oh and the green tea lemonade. Is that OK? ;)

Reply

So when are you coming back to Utah? Oh Gart Sports….I used to go there all of the time! Oh my their tomato soup is SO good! Yep, more than okay!

Reply

I have asked for an immersion blender and a foam roller for Christmas. I just bought myself the Garmin 405CX Forerunner on CyberMonday, and compression sleeves for my calves. Those were on my list, but I am impatient!

No TJ’s near me, not even a Whole Foods. I have to drive an hour to either, and then it’s not cost effective. It’s really quite depressing.

My last source of protein was the cream cheese on my english muffin this morning. And turkey in my spaghetti squash lasagna for dinner last night.

Reply

I am so excited for your Garmin to come! You are going to love it. I want an immersion blender too! Um, I should have come over for dinner last night…your lasagna sounds so good and so healthy!

Reply

OMG it’s sooo good: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/09/spaghetti-squash-lasagna.html I add a layer of ground turkey to this recipe and my husband and I eat it right up. I actually just pierce the spaghetti squash and toss it in the microwave for 12 minutes, instead of roasting, so it’s a quick and easy weeknight meal!

Reply

Cute coat! On my Christmas wish list? A new Canon Powershot, Just Dance for the Wii, new workout clothes, a massage….

Yes, it sure is a bummer Utah doesn’t have a TJ’s around here. I miss that store dearly. Fortunately, I stocked up when we were in AZ last week! I’ve never tried that Cilantro dressing though – next time I’ll have to buy it! ;) My current favorite product from there is their boxed creamy tomato soup – SO GOOD.

My last source of protein was eggs in my “microwave muffin” topped with sunbutter! Yummm.

Reply

I have asked for a treadmill. My wishlist consists of a new garmin, a couple new biblestudy books, running gear, Katz coffee, new boots, and new clothes. We are finally getting a trader joes here and I can’t wait. We had one by our house in California and I miss it. I last ate chicken as my protein for dinner.

Reply

I can’t say I really have anything on my Christmas list. Not that I have everything (far from it), but I don’t need anything and I can’t think of anything I really really want, either.

OK, I amend that. As I’ve mentioned before, I care for a zillion cats. I would love to be able to 1. Get them all fixed and 2. Find them all homes. With the money we just spent on our dog’s second TPLO surgery, I could’ve had dozens of cats spayed and neutered… And no, we don’t have “dozens”. Right now, any way.

If it makes you feel better, I don’t have a Trader Joe’s OR a Costco! (Or almost every other place you mention on your blog.:))

Reply

I asked Santa for a camera lens, tripod, Lululemon tanks, Coach perfume and Roxy loafer shoes.
I love Costco clothes too, but they are always too big for me – or rather I am to short?!
No Trader Joe’s in Canada, closest is Seattle – so 14 hours?! Which makes me really sad!
Greek yogurt that I am eating right now :)
Hope Santa brings you that jacket – I think it is a need too ;)

Reply

I want a good snow suit so I can get down and dirty and play /w my son this year….I grew out of my old one b/c my hips grew after pregnancy and I have a long peacoat but it just isn’t the same!!! lol

Reply

christmas wishlisttttttt:: ummm def CLOTHES i need clothing SO SO BADLY!
last protein: ahi tuna! yum from cosco of course and DELICIOUSSS

i am OBSESSED with everything trader joes: their oatbran, their couscous, all of their fish, their hummus is AMAZING too!!!!

Reply

I asked for an ipod nano for Christmas. I use my ipod on all my solo runs and that one is very small and can clip on my shirt/jacket no case needed.
I love Trader Joes also, it is about 15 minutes from home. Some of my favs are nuts and dried fruits, Tuscan bread, frozen veggies, French Toast, yum!

Reply

I love my nano and it is perfect for running, I hep you get it so bad. Um….I need that french toast!

Reply

All I want for Christmas is a MacBook pro. Ha. I won’t hold my breathe.

Also, Florida is not cool enough to have Trader Joes either.

Reply

I was eyeing the same coat, my husband gave me *the eye* and I walked away. Silly husbands….

I want pretty much anything I can for running. I think my husband bought me a Garmin on Black Friday (!! and I know where he hid it, it’s taken EVERY ounce of self control not to snoop) lululemon gift cards, etc. I have an addiction.

So here is what I am thinking, we need to start a united Utah blogger’s front to get TJs to UT. I mean REALLY. I used to be able to walk to TJs in Cali, it makes me sad. I may or may not miss it almost as much as my family… haha

Reply

GET IT GET IT GET IT!!! Oh my goodness….I am so so excited for you to get a garmin! Let’s get that TJs here….WE NEED IT. Let’s start a petition!

Reply

I can’t think of anything I want this year but now that I have a toddler I have a
long list for him and it’s just as exciting.

So I need to make my weekly trip to TJ’s but I hear they have cookie peanut butter now! I may have to try that. But I do the bulk of my shopping there so everything there is my favorite. I adore their balsamic dressing, corn pasta, packaged Brussels sprouts and bnut squash, adzuki bean chips, sweet potato tortillas chips, coconut milk and all flavors of puffins.

My last protein was chicken tacos for dinner, yummy!

Reply

I saw that cookie pb and I wanted to try it so bad. Let me know how it is!! Have fun shopping for your toddler! Now I am craving chicken tacos!

Reply

I just want a bunch of stuff from Lululemon for Christmas! That’s all!! I live in California so TJ’s are all over the place. I like a lot of stuff they have like steel cut oats, parmesan crisps, nuts, and flax seed bread and tons of other stuff. My last source of protein was some Chobani!

Reply

I need a new iPod!! Badly!
I love Trader Joes but the ones in NYC are always so crowded! The line is literally out the door sometimes! I love their chocolate croissants! they come frozen and you just bake them. They are the best thing in the world!!!

Reply

I am so happy to know that some couples watch just as much TV as we do. I feel like we are slaves to our DVR with all of the shows we watch! Glad to know we’re not alone!!

On my Christmas list this year: a new Garmin 405cx. Which I bought myself yesterday during Cyber Monday for a steal!! So now there’s nothing left on my Christmas list. Sad. :)

Reply

On the selfish end of the spectrum, I desperately want a Precor treadmill for Christmas. I want to be able to just hop on it anytime for a quick run, especially when the roads are hazardous! But that’s something I’ll probably end up buying myself.

On the slightly more altruistic side, I’m letting all of my family and friends know that they’re “off the hook” this year for presents if they can just make a small donation towards my fundraising efforts for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! :) http://bit.ly/vQEpq0

No Trader Joe’s in Oklahoma! It’s a sad, sad thing… :(

Reply

My wishlist just says “computer” because mine died and I am tired of sharing the hubby’s!

Reply

I just downed a massive amount of yogurt and pumpkin seeds! Protein for the morning :)

Reply

I am the worst xmas shopping.. and birthday shopping for others sometimes if i find something awesome for someone else i buy one for myself tooo! dont get me wrong, love buying stuff and giving gifts for others but sometimes i just find stuff i love.
OOo and, i really want a nice pots and pans set for xmas and a new cameraaaaa!

Reply

So funny you guys love Burn Notice!! My bf’s uncle is one of the Set Art Director Ppl for it so I actually got to tour the set last year :) and see a bit of filming.. but no they did not let me talk to the actors from fear I’d scare them away haha

I don’t even know what to put on my Christmas Wish List – I wish I could put time! I want some hot chocolate, a fuzzy blanket, and Jillian Michael’s ripped abs.

Latest source of protein was going to be a protein shake this morning but the roommate cleaned me fresh out of almond milk!! so I guess it would have to be the Ropa Vieja I had yesterday in FL :) with mixed steamed veggies so good! (like a Cuban Pulled Pork dish over rice)

Reply

That jacket is super cute! Billy should definitely get it for you! There are a few things that I want from Santa.. but mostly I want to be a girly girly and get something (earings or maybe a new ring?) from Tiffany.. I can’t help that I love the little blue box! I would also like an Ipad.. but that’s not coming- I’m sure of it. :)
Last source of protein.. Chocolate Whey Protein powder

Reply

I love cilantro!!! I’ve never been to that store, to bad we don’t have one. :( Honestly there isn’t much I want for Christmas as I’m getting older.. sigh. I don’t want things so much persay, I just want people to remember what we are celebrating. :)

Reply

Is it weird that I totally dreamed about us chatting on the phone last night??? We talked about running, fro-yo, dogs, and Trader Joe’s. I think I need to get out more…. I must have read your blog right before bed time. Haha!!

I am asking for lots of running and fitness gear, but I really would like a new coach purse I have my eye on! Hope you get everything you wish for!

I have a Trader Joe’s back home (Indiana), but not around here (SE Iowa). So I try to stock up if I need something when I am in Indianapolis. Love TJ’s!!!

Right now I am digging leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I am kinda burnt out on chicken. I am or may not be hoarding my stash of turkey in the frig for myself.

Reply

Your dream made my life….I wish is would have been true!! We will make it true someday. Which coach purse are you looking into…..I love Coach! Enjoy some turkey today!

Reply

two things that i am dying to get for xmas..1) is a good pair of headphones that DOESNT fall out of my ears while running/sweating up a storm and 2) which is similar to your picture above..hahaha, i’d love a knee length north face puffy coat that can shield me from the fierce winters here. i love my peacoat but i know once the cold weather finally hits it wont stand a chance ;)

p.s. i love gift giving sooo much more then gift getting, yay xmas!

No Trader Joes nearby..but we do have them within driving distance. i’ve never been to one before :( its on my to-do list that seems to never get done…i have been to whole foods before, but those arent very close to me either, womp :(

last source of protein was a couple slices of turkey pepperoni after my am workout..because thats always a good thing to have at 8 am.

Reply

LOVE TJ’S. Me and Teej are getting hitched. I’ve decided. Backyard wedding with cat cookies as h’ordeurves. You’re invited.

Just did a whole post on all of my latest TJ’s goodies ;)

Reply

Best Trader Joe Products are the Helium Balloons they give kids at the check out.
Second next best is the Dark Chocolate Bars. I eat one in the car on the way home typically.

Reply

I go once every 6 hours or so. It’s for the children, really. I swear it’s not for the chocolate covered peppermint joe joes or almond roca. It’s for milk and hummus. I SWEAR.

Reply

Since I live in UC, like you, I also have to stock up on Trader Joes products while I am in Arizona & California. My favorite item…that I should probably NOT stock up on..is their Lacey cookies (milk chocolate, toffee and macademia nuts…HELLO! YUM!) You must try.

I just cooked some oatmeal in the microwave with water & then mixed it with some greek yogurt and strawberries.

Do you think I could get me some new legs for Christmas? Ones that will stop getting injured? Hmmmm.

Reply

I love Trader Joes!!! I’d love a new skirt!

Reply

Christmas list-entry to the LA Marathon, my race account is drained.
We have a TJ’s about 10 min form my house. I love the Joe Joe’s, way better than Oreo’s.
Right now I have their pear vinaigrette, yumm.
I had eggs for breakfast=happy!

Reply

That dressing sounds amazing. Trader Joe’s is a magical place.
I don’t really get many Christmas presents because I am spending lots to go to Disney. Somehow I talked the husband into a great Cyber Monday deal on a new DSLR camera ;).
My last protein source… does pepperoni on pizza count?

Reply

Here is what I thought the whole time I read this post in bullets (or letters because I don’t know how to make the actual bullets in a comment….anyways, I digress)
A. Love that coat – looks warm.
B. She bought cilantro salad dressing at Costco? MUST GO NOW – screw work, that looks amazing
C. BOO it’s from Trader Joes and we don’t have one in Vermont
D. I have the Costco coupon book on my table too!
E. I had TURKEY soup for dinner last night so funny
F. OMG I watched Burn Notice last night while eating soup too! and even blogged about how much Alan and I are addicted to it!
*Just thought you should know that your posts elicit some crazy stuff in my head

Reply

You know what’s funny? I can’t make a Christmas wish list for my hubby. If I tell him what I want I know I won’t get it, because he wants it to be something he thought of & a surprise. :) So sweet in a lot of ways, but annoying in other ways. I try to drop creative hints so he thinks he’s coming up with the idea.

I want an immersion blender or a food dehydrator for Christmas.

So I’m really out of it & hadn’t even heard of Trader Joe’s before you, but I’m realizing now how much we need one here! Who do we call?! Let’s petition.

Reply

I actually can’t think of anything that I want- I’m a disgrace! The last protein source I had was Greek yogurt ..and chances it will be my next- addicted, much??

Reply

We watch Burn Notice too. I’m addicted to too many shows, I can’t ven count. my DVR is always filled by the weekend and that’s when I catch up.

Reply

Don’t hate me, but I have a Trader Joes about 1 mile from my house. ;) And yes, the cilantro dressing is in my fridge…very yummy! I was just there last night. Their brand of Almond milk is delish! And, another “must have” splurge are their almonds dipped in honey and rolled in tiny sesame seeds, SO good.

last protein source was a choc. protein shake post run this morning.
Seriously, nothing on my Christmas list. When you get old and are married forever, you end up only buying presents for the kids in the family. (or at least we do). I am really over the materialism that comes with the Christmas season. I would rather spend QT w.family and giving to others. :) Enjoy!

Reply

Love trader joe’s!
As boring as it sounds, they have a very good low-sodium pasta sauce that’s just heavenly. Love pretty much everything in that store, it’s hard to pick out a favorite– the “everything” pretzel crisp thin things are really good too!

Haven’t started making my christmas list yet, I need to get on that stat!

Reply

I’m seriously shocked Utah isn’t down with Traderizzle’s. Utah seems so athletic and healthy.
The coat is very cute and puffy. Everyone needs 10 puffy jackets when you live where it snows. It’s like a rule, uh….. my rule:)

Reply

Try the plantain chips next time you’re at trader joe’s! I’m not much of a fan of plantain, but my boyfriend got a bag over the weekend and I am now certifiably addicted :) (at least in chip form).
My last source of protein was in my blueberry protein smoothie this morning after my 6am workout! yumm

Reply

so costco has really cute clothes…and like, normal people clothes (haha) i saw some north face jackets in there the other day! i wish they were cheaper though..for some reason i thought they’d be..wa waaa. we dont have a TJ’s here..its really sad. i LOVE cilantro..that dressing sounds amazing!! when i go to AZ i’ll have to load up on TJ goodies!

Reply

I really want a leather jacket for Christmas! And an upgrade to my phone (although that should be free) because mines dying. But other than that, its an easy year because I really don’t need anything!

I live quite close to a Trader Joe’s actually. I used to live even closer last year that I would go to the gym and as I was biking home, would stop and pick up a bag of stuff and throw it in my bike basket to take home. So easy!

My favorite products from there probably have to be their canned soups, and refrigerated “lunch” foods (aka food I eat anytime of the day). I especially love their garlic and mushroom pizza and the salad that has cous-cous, lettuce, pecans, chicken, and some really amazing dressing.

I go to Trader Joe’s so often, the employees now know me :) (Gotta replenish my bananas every 4 days!)

Reply

I fell in love with that jacket at Costco too. Love that place!

Reply

You look adorable in that coat girl. I hope you bought it. I am totally hitting up TJ while I am Vegas. I must try that dressing. YUM!!

Reply

Prepare to get jealous: I just so happen to work less than a mile from a TJ’s and live within two miles of another one. I literally go every day (that I don’t pack lunch…which is practically EVERY day) and grab some grub and something extra I usually don’t need. I pay the TJ’s utility bill for at least 10 locations a month, i’m sure of it!

Reply

If those are the clothes at costco, they are cuuutee!
I want a new camera and clothes and money? I guess that’s it haha.
I wiiiish I had a trader joes!
Protein= greek yogurt in overnight oats :)

Reply

Oh Janae, I so hope u get a dog for Christmas. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for ya!

Reply

Last source of protein: Chobani with Vanilla P.Powder mixed in!! Granola and Sunflower Butter on top! yum!

Reply

I’m a coat-a-holic. I have 2 pea coats, 2 “rain” coats, 2 fleeces…and so on. My husband says I don’t need anymore either…but every year something new and cute comes out!

We don’t have a TJ’s nearby – the closest one is a 6 hour drive!

Reply

I totally want running stuff for Christmas. New shoes. I want like hot pink arm sleeves. Some tights. Really anything for running makes me happy! Anything Lululemon!! :)

Reply

Haha, the first picture looks nothing like you!!! I had to look at it a few times just to make sure you weren’t kidding, you are 1000x better looking than that picture gives you credit for. :) But that’s what I love about your blog, you’re not afraid to post silly pictures, makes you that much more authentic and real. Keep doing your thing girl…we love you just the way you are!

Reply

turkey is always my go-to source of protein. yuumy! aaand what is WITH how delicious trader joes salad dressings are?! I love the asian soy sesame.

Christmas list….Mine was small a week ago, but with christmas approaching the list keeps growing. I would like some headphones because after 10min of working out earbuds don’t stay in my ear. I think I would have a much butter run if I wasn’t always having to jam them back in my ear. I also want a flip camera, so I can randomly take videos of rowing, running, and my silly pup. The big thing I want is a road bike, so I can go on awesome bike tours over summer.

No TJ’s where I am right now, but They just opened a brand new one in my hometown and I am totally going over the Christmas holiday!

Last source of protein was peanut m&m’s

Reply

I want a doggy for xmas, one of my own. I have a Trader Joes near my work..I think it’s TOO close..LOL

Reply

LOL i didn’t know costco sold clothes!! thats a really cute jacket though. Billy totally needs to go get that for you!

My Christmas wish list….all I want is to be able to run again! Oh and a garmin and a road bike hahaha.

Reply

I have never been to Trader Joes. :( (gasp!) For Christmas I asked for two pairs of running shoes and a Garmin. With a side of greedy. To be fair….my birthday is just six days after Christmas. My husband has to take out a small second mortgage this time of year. Teehee. Last protien? Greek yogurt this a.m.

Reply

I’ve never been to a Costco, but it puts me in mind of a Sam’s?

I have absolutely ZERO Christmas shopping done…it makes me anxious to think about it!

Reply

I think it is a lot like Sam’s! Good luck with the shopping, I will be doing it Christmas Eve.

Reply

We don’t have TJ’s closeby. :( Love Costco! I got an early Christmas gift- an iPhone. I think I am the last person on the planet to get one. I wouldn’t be upset if I got some Lululemon stuff too!

Reply

WAHOO for your iPhone…are you hooked?!?! I hope you get some lulu gear!

Reply

A pair of Toms is on my wish list this year! Especially a red pair :)

Reply

I have red toms and they are my favorite. I hope you get some so so bad!

Reply

I also discovered a jacket that I “had to have” on the North Face website yesterday. At $289, it was a little over my budget, but my mommy offered to buy it for me for Christmas. That’s what parents are for, right? :)

Reply

MOMS are the best. I am so happy you are getting your HAD TO HAVE coat and I better see pictures!

Reply

That is absolutely gorgeous….um now I am needing that one!

Reply

I have heard that it is super warm and comfy! I’m in chilly Wisconsin so I need that!

What don’t I want for Christmas? That is probably the better question :)
Here are a few things I’d love!

not so sure though..because that means an unlimited travel budget too :)

I asked for Hunter rain boots for Christmas from Mike and then watched as he ordered them. Score!

Last protein was probably the cheese on my sad veggie sandwich from subway.

We have a TJ’s but it’s like 30 min away and I’m lazy.

Reply

I’m starting to think you guys live at Costco…..yup – the gym, school, costco and your tv room. Actually sounds pretty good. :-) I like the coat. Looks warm

Reply

I love Costco and all their clothes!

I miss TJ’s dearly!!! My fave things are their seasoning mix, I put it on everything but mostly salad and their trail mix with choc covered sunflower seeds and choc covered pomengrates. Soo yummy!!

Reply

Cute coat! A Garmin is on my Christmas list this year. I used to use the Nike ipod sensor, but I’m ready for an upgrade. LAst source of protein for me was almond butter at breakfast. Wish we had a Trader Joe’s nearby!

Reply

Ah I miss greek yogurt!!! I was like many of you, a daily consumer. But it doesn’t seem to exist down in Mexico. Incidentally one of my favorite greek yogurt brands is the zero % from traders joes – very creamy!

Last source of protein… hmmm. I bought some protein shake power because I don’t think I eat enough protein (about 80% carbs probably!!). It’s vanilla so I will see how i go. I would like to make cook with it, but not sure how!

Reply

Cuuute coat. I’ve only been to TJ’s in Philadelphia when we were visiting my sister, but it seems like it’d be awesome to have close by! All I want for Christmas is…a baby… (shh, don’t tell, haha.) But…since I can’t really get that…my list is full of running and workout stuff, plus this really awesome hot chocolate maker thing that I think would be awesome.

Reply

All I’ve had from Trader Joe’s are the Edamame Chips. I am hopelessly addicted to them and I have been going through withdrawals for over a month now. Life isn’t fair.

Reply

I actually bought that coat in gray as a gift for someone, I LOVE costco clothes!

Reply

I loved the gray coat too….I think I might need both!

Reply

Honestly though I think you should go all out for the puppy =)

Reply

AGREED!!!! Thank you for understanding my NEED for a puppy!

Reply

Just got a Trader Joe’s a few weeks ago. Very, very exciting for Kentucky.

Tory Burch clutch is on my Christmas list.

Protein = turkey & cranberry sauce panini!

Reply

That is so awesome that you just got a TJ’s! Your panini sounds amazing. I have a brother in Louisville. Is that close to you?

Reply

I am in Louisville too!

Reply

I have a trader joes right up the street from me. I became addicted to their peanut flour until they discontinued it! Why would they do that is beyond me.. I really like their tomatoe basil hummus and sweet and spicy mustard (which is apparently a seasonal item?)

Latest protein would be non trader joes peanut flour.
