Ha, ha you have to watch a video of me to see if you won.
We wanted to announce the winner in a creative way even if it means that you guys have to suffer:)
During lunch I typed all of the names and figured out who gets a double entry. I cut them up so that they are all the same size and put them in my favorite single serving salad bowl. My hand hurts. My head hurts because I just found out I could enter it into a computer program that does all the work for you and randomly selects the winner. College degrees don’t mean a thing.

Workout:
10 minutes stairs
60 minutes pumping iron
10 minutes elliptical watching VH1 top 20 countdown.
Breakfast: Back to the good ol’ oatmeal with apples and some pumpkin pie spice.
Lunch: 2 wraps…I was hungry!! Salad with broccoli, tomatoes and corn.
NO HALLOWEEN CANDY today, I thought it couldn’t be done.
Snackage: Peanut butter with banana. It’s normal to have a pb to banana ration of 2:1 right?
Are you hungrier on days that you strength train or do cardio?
-I am always way hungrier all day after I go to pump. Those muscles must be needing some calories to repair themselves:)
